Plastic Containers / Crates

Plastic containers and crates handle unit loads smaller than a pallet: components, picked orders, produce, portioned product and anything moved between workstations rather than between sites.

The range includes attached lid tote boxes, where the lid is hinged to the body so nothing goes missing in a returnable circuit; stackable Euro containers built to modules that tessellate on Euro pallets and standard dollies; and meat crates built to EHI Retail Institute requirements with drainage.

Closed surface and closed handles matter more than they sound. A closed surface means solid walls and base rather than mesh, so fine product, powders and liquids stay in and the container washes down cleanly. Closed handles are grip openings that do not break through the wall, so nothing escapes there either. Together they are what allows a container into food and pharmaceutical work at all.

Sizing. Depth is a handling decision more than a capacity one. A deep container filled with dense product reaches a safe manual lifting weight long before it looks full, and staff then either half-fill it or lift too much. Match depth to the density of what goes in it.

Beecraft supplies containers and crates UK-wide from Wembley with no minimum or maximum order quantity, and collection is available on the majority of products.
