A box built to the pallet footprint it travels on wastes nothing. At 1000×1200 the box occupies the full UK pallet deck with no overhang and no gap — overhang is what gets damaged in racking and in transit, and gaps are paid-for vehicle space carrying air.

Lite Box is the lighter-weight construction in the range. The reason to choose it over a heavy duty pallet box is unit weight: on a one-way or low-return consignment, every kilogram of empty box is product you are not shipping, and the box’s own cost is written off against that single load.

At this footprint the practical question is fill height against load density. A 1000×1200 box holds a large volume, and with a dense product it is easy to exceed the rating long before the box looks full. Work from the weight of what goes in, not from how full it looks.
