The 1100×1200 Lite Box footprint

At 1100×1200 this is very close to the UK pallet deck, and that closeness is the thing to check before ordering.

A box 100 mm narrower than the 1000×1200 UK footprint it sits beside will not overhang, which is what you want — overhang is what gets caught and damaged in racking and in transit. But it also will not fill the deck, and the gap is paid-for vehicle space carrying air on every movement.

So the question is what the box travels on. On its own, or on a deck sized to it, the footprint is efficient. Combined with UK-standard pallets and racking, confirm the fit against your actual bay dimensions rather than the nominal ones.

Volume at this size is large, and volume rises faster than most people estimate when both dimensions grow — with a dense product the rating is reached at a fill height that still looks low.
