Hygienic pallets on the 800×1200 mm Euro footprint, for washdown environments that also ship into Europe.

These pallets are moulded plain and closed so they can be cleaned to a standard that survives audit. There are no ribs holding residue, no cavities trapping water, and no open deck sections for product to fall through.

Two specification points decide most purchases here. First, material: virgin HD-PE gives traceability of the input stream, which is what food-contact and pharmaceutical work requires; reclaimed material performs comparably and costs less but cannot provide that. Second, racking: plain hygienic geometry removes structural stiffness, so most builds are rated for floor stacking rather than beam racking. Where both hygiene and racking are required, metal-reinforced builds carry the higher racked rating.

Nine-foot designs give four-way entry and minimal floor contact, which suits wash-line handling; runner designs give two-way entry and span beams.
