Tote Box – Attached Lid Container

An attached lid container has its lid hinged to the body rather than supplied loose. In a returnable circuit that single detail decides whether the system still works after two years.

Loose lids go missing steadily — left on benches, binned with packaging, returned to the wrong site — and replacing them costs more over time than the containers themselves. A hinged lid cannot be separated, so the container comes back complete or not at all.

Beecraft’s tote box range covers two footprints. The 600×400 mm boxes are the Euro module: four fit exactly on a 1200×800 pallet with no overhang. The 400×300 mm boxes are half that plan area, for picking and kitting where separating part numbers matters more than volume per box.

Within each footprint, depth is the variable. Shallow suits dense product and repeated manual handling — a shallow box physically prevents overfilling. Deep suits bulky light goods where volume, not weight, fills the box.

Depth also decides shipping cost for empties: the shallowest boxes fit several thousand more per 40 ft high cube container than the deepest.

Supplied UK-wide from Wembley with no minimum or maximum order quantity.
