The shallowest box in the range
200 mm high on the 400 × 300 mm footprint, 1.35 kg empty — the smallest and lightest BCKNK container, and the most efficient to ship at 6,138 to a 40 ft high cube.
A 200 mm box is deliberately restrictive. It stops staff burying parts under parts, which is the usual failure of deeper bins on a kitting line, and it keeps the picked weight manageable when the box is lifted repeatedly.
Deeper options on the same footprint: BCKNK-3025 at 250 mm and BCKNK-3032 at 320 mm.
When a small box is a control, not a limit
At 200 mm on a 400 × 300 mm footprint this is the smallest container in the BCKNK range, and its shallowness is the feature.
On a kitting or assembly line, deep bins invite operators to bury parts under parts. The count then becomes a guess, replenishment triggers late, and the line stops for a part that was technically in stock. A shallow bin makes the contents visible in one layer, so stock level is something you can see rather than something you have to check.
Empty shipping
6,138 to a 40 ft high cube — the highest count anywhere in the BCKNK range. Where containers travel empty to suppliers for filling, that is the cheapest leg available.
1.35 kg
The lightest container here. On a bench where a container is picked up and set down hundreds of times a shift, empty weight is the number that shows up as operator fatigue by the end of it.
More depth, same footprint
BCKNK-3025 at 250 mm, BCKNK-3032 at 320 mm, BCKNK-3036 at 365 mm.
