What to include so the quote is accurate

There are no prices on this site, and that is deliberate. Pallet cost depends on specification, quantity and whether the pallet is a one-way expense or an asset you get back, so a list price would mislead more often than it would help.

The more of the following you can tell us, the closer the first quote will be:

  • Filled weight — what one loaded pallet or box actually weighs, not the nominal figure.
  • How it is stored — beam racking, block stacked on the floor, or neither. This is the single biggest factor, because the racked rating is always the lowest of the three load figures and often by a factor of five or six.
  • Whether it comes back — a one-way pallet is costed per trip, a returnable one as an asset over years. Different products entirely.
  • Cleaning regime — how often, with what, and whether you have to document it for an auditor.
  • Quantity and timing — an initial order plus a rough annual volume is enough.

If you are not sure yet

You do not need answers to all of it. Tell us what the load is and how it moves, and we will work backwards to a specification — that is the normal way these conversations start.

If it helps to browse first, pallets are grouped by duty: lightweight for loads that do not come back, medium weight for closed-loop circuits, and heavy duty for racked and block-stacked storage. There are also pallet boxes and returnable packaging.
