Where the extra depth earns its place
At 416 mm the BCKNK-6041 is the deepest box on the 600 × 400 mm footprint. That depth is worth having only when volume fills the container before weight does — textiles, foam and packaging components, bulky picked orders. Put dense product in a box this deep and operators reach an unsafe lifting weight with the box half empty.
Empty weight 3.75 kg; 2,112 to a 40 ft high cube. Beecraft ships UK-wide from Wembley with no minimum order, and collection is available on most products.
Shallower options on the same footprint: BCKNK-6036, BCKNK-6032, BCKNK-6025.
Depth against lifting weight
416 mm is the deepest container on the 600 × 400 footprint, and depth is only an advantage while the contents stay light. Fill a box this deep with dense product and it passes a safe manual lifting weight while it still looks half empty.
So the specification question is not “how much will fit” but “how much will an operator be lifting”. For dense goods, the shallower BCKNK-6025 is the correct answer even though it holds less.
Where the extra volume pays
Textiles, foam, packaging components, picked retail orders, anything bulky and light. In those cases one deep container replaces two shallow ones, which halves the number of locations to manage and the number of lifts per order.
Container fill
2,112 to a 40 ft high cube — the same as the 365 mm BCKNK-6036. Choosing the deeper box costs nothing in empty-shipping efficiency at this step.
Attached lid
Hinged to the body rather than separate. In a returnable circuit running for years, loose lids go missing steadily and cost more to replace than the containers.
See the attached lid container range.
