BC Multinest 190 is a standard sized nestable bale arm crate used predominantly within food, retail and catering industries. MultiNest fits in seamlessly with common storage, distribution and point of sale display systems making the BC MultiNest 190 the obvious choice of bale arm crate. Manufactured in the UK by Beecraft, BC MultiNest 190 can be produced in different colours from food grade and recycled materials.

Food grade, and rated for the cold

Moulded in food grade materials with an operational range of -10°C to 50°C. That temperature band covers chilled distribution and ambient storage, but not blast freezing — for freezer work you need purpose-built equipment such as Beecraft’s freezer spacers, rated to -50°C.

Knowing where the rating stops matters. Plastic that is taken below its rated range becomes brittle, and the failure usually shows up as a cracked base under load rather than at the moment of handling.

Load figures

Maximum load 25 kg per container, maximum stack load 350 kg. The stack figure is the one that governs how high you can go in storage: it is the load the bottom container carries, not the weight of any single one.

Label removal on all four sides

A small detail that matters in returnable circuits. Containers come back with the last job’s label still on them, and if labels do not come off cleanly, staff either spend time scraping or the container goes out mislabelled. Easy removal on all four sides means whichever way the container is presented, the old label comes off.
