Reinforced, and when that is worth paying for
Same 400 × 600 mm quarter-Euro footprint as the BCLP400 light, built to take more punishment.
Reinforcement earns its cost in three situations: dense contents that load the base hard, boxes stacked several high when full, and circuits where packaging gets handled roughly or spends time outdoors. In a gentle indoor loop with light contents, it is cost you will not recover.
Cost per trip, not cost per box
The way to decide is cost per trip. A reinforced box that survives twice as many circuits is cheaper per use even at a higher purchase price. If your packaging is being written off early, reinforcement is usually the answer rather than buying more of the same.
The system
Reticular pallet base with a perimetric groove housing the sleeve. Base, sleeve and lid separate, and the sleeve collapses down for the return leg.
