A 1200 × 1200 nestable
Square 1200 × 1200 mm at 140 mm high, moulded in recycled PP, black. Dynamic load 600 kg, static 4,000 kg, no retaining edge, nestable.
The square footprint exists for loads that do not suit a rectangular pallet — drums, square bulk containers, chemical packs — where a 1200 × 1000 pallet would leave an overhang on two sides. The low 600 kg dynamic rating says this is a handling and transport pallet, not a racking one.
Nestable construction keeps empty storage and return transport down. More: nestable and stackable pallets.
Reading 600 kg dynamic against 4,000 kg static
That is an unusually wide gap, and it tells you exactly what this pallet is for. 4,000 kg static means it will sit at the bottom of a tall stack quite happily. 600 kg dynamic means it is not built to be moved with a heavy load on it.
In practice: load it, place it, leave it. It is a storage and light-handling pallet, not one for constant movement under load or for beam racking.
Nestable, and no retaining edge
Nestable means empties stack inside each other, so a column of empties takes a fraction of the space. No retaining edge means the deck is flat — better for loads that sit on the full surface, and worse for anything that could creep to the edge in transit.
The square 1200 × 1200 footprint
Square exists for square loads: drums, IBC-style containers, cylindrical goods packed in an array. Those overhang a rectangular pallet on two sides, and overhang is what gets caught and damaged.
It can also be picked up from any side, which is useful in a cell approached from different directions.
