Nestable Stackable Pallets

Nestable and stackable pallets solve two different problems, and Beecraft stocks both because most operations need each in different places.

Nestable pallets stack inside each other when empty. A column of empty nestables takes a fraction of the height of rigid pallets, which decides how many come back on a return vehicle and how much yard space a buffer of empties occupies. The trade is racking: a nestable underside is tapered and open, which is what allows nesting and what stops it spanning a beam.

Stackable pallets hold their shape loaded and stack on top of each other with product between, which is what you need for block storage where loads sit several high.

The range covers 1000×1200 UK standard and 800×1200 Euro footprints in lightweight, medium and heavy duty builds, including reinforced versions where loads go into beam racking.

The decision usually comes down to the return leg. If empties come back in volume on your own transport, nestable pays for itself in vehicle movements. If pallets stay on site and stack loaded, stackable is the better buy.

Beecraft has supplied plastic pallets from Wembley, Middlesex since 1989, with UK-wide delivery, collection available on most products and no minimum or maximum order quantity. Tell us your load weights, how pallets are handled and whether they return, and we will confirm which build fits.
