Rated for beam racking
2,500 kg dynamic, 4,500 kg static, and — the figure that matters — 1,500 kg racked. That racking rating is what separates this pallet from the hygienic BCH range, which tops out at 300 kg in racking.
18.4 kg, HD-PE, three bottom skids with steel reinforcement. For five skids on the same ratings see the BCRD12105.
Steel reinforcement, and what it changes
The BCRD range is steel-reinforced, and the figure that shows it is the racking rating: 1,500 kg, against 300 kg for the unreinforced hygienic pallets on the same footprint.
That is a fivefold difference from the same material and roughly the same dimensions. Reinforcement is not a marginal upgrade on a pallet that goes into beam racking — it is the difference between a pallet that can and one that cannot.
Reading three ratings together
2,500 kg dynamic, 4,500 kg static, 1,500 kg racked. Dynamic is while moving, static is stacked on the floor, racked is spanning beams. Racked is always the lowest because the pallet is supported only at its ends, and it is the one people most often forget to check.
Three skids at 18.4 kg
Three bottom skids with steel reinforcement. The five-skid BCRD12105 at 19.4 kg carries identical ratings — the choice is handling equipment, not strength.
