A medium-weight Euro pallet with a closed surface and three clip-on runners, 70% lighter than comparable pallets.
What clip-on runners change
Runners that clip on rather than being moulded in do two things. The pallet ships and stores flatter without them, and a damaged runner can be replaced instead of scrapping the pallet.
That second point matters over a fleet’s life. Runners take the impacts — fork entry, dock plates, kerbs — so they are usually what fails first. Being able to replace the part that fails rather than the whole pallet changes the cost per year substantially.
The weight claim
70% lighter than comparable pallets is a large figure and it comes with a corresponding limit: this is a medium-weight pallet, not a heavy duty one. Use it where loads suit the class. For racked or heavy loads, the heavy duty range is the right family.
Closed surface
No gaps for small items or powders to fall through, and a surface that washes down cleanly.
