Monobloc Euro pallet, three runners
A one-piece industrial pallet on the 800 × 1200 mm Euro footprint with three runners, suited to reuse applications and moderate loads across sectors.
Monobloc, and why it is a reuse pallet
Moulded as a single piece: no joints, no fixings, no bonded deck. The parts that normally end a pallet’s life are absent, so it wears gradually rather than failing at a point. That is what justifies the price against a cheaper assembled pallet — but only if the pallet comes back.
For genuinely one-way shipping, a lightweight export pallet is the better economics.
Three runners on the Euro footprint
Two-way entry and beam spanning, at lower weight than a five-runner build. The BCL-1210-G3 is the same construction on the UK 1000 × 1200 footprint, and the BCL-1210-G5 adds five runners for conveyor and chain-transfer handling.
Moderate loads
This is a general-purpose reuse pallet. If loads approach a moderate rating or sit in beam racking long-term, move to the heavy duty range; for washdown and food work, the hygienic food grade range.
