What monobloc construction actually buys you
A monobloc pallet is moulded as one piece. There are no welded joints, no fixings and no separate top deck bonded to a base, which removes the parts that usually fail first on an assembled pallet. When a multi-part pallet starts to go, it goes at the joint; a monobloc simply wears.
That is why monobloc pallets are specified for reuse rather than one-way shipping. The purchase price is higher than a basic export pallet and it only makes sense if the pallet comes back.
Three runners, two-way entry
Three runners give forks and pallet trucks entry on two sides. For most warehouse layouts that is enough, and it keeps the pallet lighter and cheaper than a five-runner build. Where pallets run on roller conveyors or chain transfer, the extra contact strips of the BCL-1210-G5 are worth paying for.
Where it fits
Suitable for moderate loads across general sectors — the all-round reuse pallet rather than a specialist one. For hygiene-critical work see the hygienic food grade range; for racking and heavy industrial loads, the heavy duty range.
