The five-runner industrial Euro pallet
The same one-piece industrial Euro pallet as the BCM-1210-O3, built on five runners rather than three.
Why five runners
Five runners spread the load across more contact strips. That has three practical effects: the pallet runs more predictably on roller conveyors, it presents more bearing surface on chain transfer, and it distributes weight better across a rack beam. A three-runner pallet does all of these things, but with less margin.
The cost is empty weight. Across a fleet of several hundred pallets moved daily, that adds up, so five runners are worth specifying when the handling demands it rather than by default.
One-piece construction
Moulded as a single piece with no joints, fixings or welds — the parts that fail first on an assembled pallet simply are not there. That is what makes this a pallet for reuse circuits rather than one-way shipping, where the higher purchase price would never be recovered.
Where it fits
Moderate loads across general industrial and logistics use. For heavier loads and racking, see the heavy duty range; for one-way export where weight drives freight cost, lightweight pallets are usually the better economics.
