How does two-depot coverage work?
Beecraft has traded since 1988 and operates from two sites. Wembley is the original base and holds the London and South East stock; Coventry covers the Midlands and acts as the launch point for deliveries north and west. Splitting the stock this way means a Birmingham customer is not waiting on a vehicle from north-west London, and a Heathrow forwarder is not waiting on one from the Midlands.
Both depots carry the same product families — lightweight, medium-weight, heavy-duty and hygienic pallets, pallet boxes, containers, crates, returnable packaging and freezer spacers — and both support collection by arrangement.

What should you send us to get an accurate quote?
Five things settle most specifications: the load weight, the footprint you need, whether the pallet goes into racking, whether it is returning to you, and the delivery postcode. If the pallet has a hygiene or electrostatic requirement, or has to fit existing automated handling, say so at the outset — those constraints rule models out rather than adjusting the price.
Load ratings are quoted per model against the flat-pallet test methods in ISO 8611-1:2025, not as a single figure across the range. For pallets going abroad, note that GOV.UK guidance applies ISPM 15 to solid wood packaging, so plastic sits outside that regime — though destination requirements should always be checked for the specific shipment.
Whatever you choose, keep the inspection routine. The Health and Safety Executive’s guidance note PM15 states that all pallets should be inspected every time they are used, and that damaged pallets should be marked, isolated and withdrawn. Which depot will supply my order?
London and the South East are served from Wembley HA9 0YJ. The Midlands, the North and the South West are served from Coventry CV4 9AP. The coverage table on this page shows the depot for each area. If your postcode sits between the two, send it to us and we will confirm which site is quicker.
Do you deliver outside mainland Great Britain?
We supply customers across the UK and export internationally. Delivery outside mainland Great Britain is quoted individually because carriage, timing and documentation vary considerably by destination. Tell us where the goods are going when you enquire.
Can I collect from either depot?
Yes, by prior arrangement at both Wembley and Coventry. Call the sales team on +44 (0)20 8900 9400 to confirm stock and agree a time before travelling. The visit us page has directions and access notes for both sites.
How is delivery priced?
Delivery is quoted with the order rather than charged at a flat rate, because the cost depends on the destination, the quantity, the pallet footprint and the access at your site. Restricted access, booking-in systems and bay height all affect it, so mention them when you enquire.
How long does an order take?
Stock items generally move faster than bespoke ones. Non-stock sizes, colours and specifications are manufactured to order and quoted with a lead time when you enquire. We confirm the timing with you rather than publishing a blanket delivery promise.
Where do these figures come from?
- PM15 Pallet safety — Health and Safety Executive guidance note PM15, fourth edition. All pallets should be inspected every time they are used; damaged pallets should be marked, isolated and withdrawn for repair or disposal.
- ISO 8611-1:2025 Pallets for materials handling – Flat pallets – Part 1: Test methods — International Organization for Standardization, published February 2025. Defines nominal load testing, maximum working load testing and durability comparison testing for new flat pallets. It replaced the 2021 edition, which was withdrawn on 21 February 2025.
- The rise of the UK warehouse and the golden logistics triangle — Office for National Statistics, 11 April 2022. The estimated golden logistics triangle covers 289 square miles of the West Midlands and sits within a four-hour drive of 90% of the British population. Birmingham held around 2,500 transport and storage business premises.
- Wood packaging material for import and export — GOV.UK guidance setting out which packaging is in scope of ISPM 15. The standard applies to solid wood packaging – packing cases, boxes, crates, drums, pallets, box pallets, pallet collars and dunnage. Plastic is not solid wood packaging and so sits outside that scope.
