What does having the depot on your doorstep actually change?
Most pallet suppliers serving north-west London are quoting from a distribution centre somewhere else. Ours is on Third Way. That has three practical consequences for a business in HA9, NW10 or HA0: you can collect rather than wait for a slot, you can see the product before committing to a volume order, and a specification question can be settled by someone who can walk out and look at the pallet.
It matters more than it sounds when the pallet is going into a process rather than a warehouse. Deck pattern, foot layout, whether the underside will clear a particular pallet truck, whether a lip will catch on an existing conveyor — these are the details that get missed when a pallet is bought from a photograph.
Which local businesses use plastic pallets around Wembley?
Wembley is one of four Strategic Industrial Locations designated in Brent’s Local Plan, alongside East Lane, Northfields and Staples Corner, and the industrial land around Third Way and Fifth Way is dense with food production, cold storage, distribution and light manufacturing. Immediately west, Park Royal holds around 1,700 businesses employing 43,100 people, making it the largest area of Strategic Industrial Land in London.
That mix produces a fairly predictable pallet demand: hygienic closed-deck pallets for the food producers, heavy-duty rackable decks for the distributors, and returnable crates and totes for the businesses moving stock between sites rather than out to customers.
Should you collect from the depot or take a delivery?
| Collection at HA9 0YJ | Local delivery | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Small to medium quantities, urgent replacement, first orders where you want to inspect the pallet | Volume orders, full-deck loads, sites without a suitable vehicle |
| Lead time | Stock items can often be picked at short notice once confirmed by phone | Agreed at the point of order, based on stock and destination |
| Vehicle | Your own van or flatbed; check the pallet footprint fits before travelling | Arranged by us to suit the access at your site |
| Cost effect | No delivery charge | Delivery quoted with the order |
| Worth knowing | Bring the pallet dimensions and load figures with you; specification questions are quickest to settle at the depot | Tell us about restricted access, bay height or a booking-in system when you order |
Which plastic pallets do we hold?
The range spans four weight classes plus specialist decks. Load ratings are quoted per model, following the flat-pallet test methods defined in ISO 8611-1:2025, rather than as a single figure across the range.
Lightweight pallets
One-trip export and low-load handling, in sizes from 400×600 to 1200×1200.
Medium-weight pallets
Everyday internal movement and distribution across five standard footprints.
Heavy-duty pallets
Rackable decks for dense loads, with model-specific static and dynamic ratings.
Hygienic food-grade pallets
Closed-deck designs built for washdown and steam cleaning.
Plastic pallet boxes
Rigid, collapsible and bag-in-box systems with lids and liners.
Containers and crates
Stackable, nesting and attached-lid totes for returnable transit packaging.
Beyond pallets, the Wembley depot handles returnable packaging, collapsible pallet boxes and freezer spacers. If you are standardising a mixed fleet of pallets, our piece on working with a local pallet manufacturer is a useful starting point.
How do you keep pallets in service safely?
Whatever the material, the Health and Safety Executive’s guidance note PM15 is clear that every pallet should be inspected each time it is used, and that damaged pallets should be marked, isolated and withdrawn for repair or disposal. Plastic makes that inspection easier than timber does, because damage shows as a visible crack or deformation rather than a hidden split or a protruding nail. It is also why plastic tends to win on total cost over a multi-year cycle rather than on unit price — a point we go through in what a broken pallet really costs.
What do customers say?
A published review on the independent Yell listing for the Wembley business, from a customer supplying farm products, praises the pallet quality and the speed of delivery: “Thanks to Bee Craft (UK) Ltd. for supplying great quality pallets.”

What do Wembley and Park Royal buyers ask most often?
Where exactly is the Beecraft Wembley depot?
Unit 6, Metro Trading Centre, Third Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0YJ. It sits in the Wembley industrial area north of the stadium, a short run from the A406 North Circular. Turn-by-turn routes and access notes are on the Wembley depot directions page.
Can I collect plastic pallets from Wembley the same day?
Stock items can often be picked for collection at short notice, but call the sales team on +44 (0)20 8900 9400 before travelling so the goods are confirmed as available and ready. Bespoke and non-stock specifications are made to order and quoted with a lead time.
Do you supply businesses on the Park Royal estate?
Yes. Park Royal is a few minutes from the depot and is one of our closest concentrations of customers, covering food production, print, logistics and light manufacturing. The Greater London Authority records around 1,700 businesses and 43,100 employees across the estate.
What is the minimum order for a local delivery?
There is no published minimum. Pricing depends on pallet type, quantity, specification and delivery requirement, so smaller local orders are quoted individually. Collection from the depot is often the most economical route for a small quantity.
Are the pallets made from recycled plastic?
Parts of the range are produced from recycled material, and we supply recycled regrind and regranulate as raw material in their own right. Recycled content varies by product, so we confirm it per model rather than making a blanket claim. The materials page sets out the polymers we work with.
