Half the footprint, twice the separation
The BCKNK-3036 uses the 400 × 300 mm footprint — half the plan area of the 600 × 400 boxes. Two sit in the space of one, so a trolley or pallet carries twice as many part numbers without mixing them. That is the reason to choose this size: not capacity, but separation.
365 mm high, 1.65 kg empty, 5,544 to a 40 ft high cube.
Same footprint, less depth: BCKNK-3032 and BCKNK-3025. Beecraft supplies the range with no minimum order quantity.
Two small boxes or one big one?
A 400 × 300 mm container occupies half the plan area of a 600 × 400. The question is whether you want one location or two in that space.
For a single fast-moving part, one larger box is simpler: fewer replenishments, less handling. For a kitting bench or service-parts store, two smaller boxes are worth far more, because separation prevents the picking errors that cost more than the containers ever will.
Depth on the small footprint
At 365 mm this is the deepest of the small-footprint BCKNK containers. Deep on a small footprint is an unusual combination and it suits tall, light items — tubes, handles, sleeved components — that would rattle around in a wider box.
Watch the filled weight though: a deep box on a small base fills with dense product fast, and the operator is lifting it from a bench dozens of times a day.
Container fill
5,544 to a 40 ft high cube. The shallower BCKNK-3032 gives 5,742 and the BCKNK-3025 gives 5,940 — the trade of depth against empty-shipping cost.
