Built for dense product
250 mm makes the BCKNK-6025 the shallowest box on the 600 × 400 mm footprint and the cheapest to move empty — 2,288 to a 40 ft high cube, the highest count on this footprint.
Shallow is the correct answer for heavy-per-litre goods: fasteners, hardware, chilled portions, anything where a deeper box would hit a safe manual handling limit long before it looked full. Empty weight 2.65 kg.

Shallow containers and manual handling
A container’s depth sets the maximum weight an operator can put in it, and that matters more than capacity on any line where boxes are lifted by hand repeatedly.
At 250 mm the BCKNK-6025 caps the load physically. Nobody can overfill it, which on a line handling dense product is a safety control rather than a limitation.
Container fill on export
2,288 to a 40 ft high cube — the highest count on the 600 × 400 footprint. When containers ship empty to a supplier for filling, that number is the cost of the leg.
The trade against depth
Shallow costs you volume per container, so for light bulky goods it is the wrong choice and the BCKNK-6041 at 416 mm carries far more per box. The decision is genuinely about the density of what you are putting in, not about which box is “better”.
Attached lid
Hinged to the body, so nothing goes missing between uses — the usual failure of separate-lid containers in a long-running circuit.
See the attached lid container range.
