Reading the numbers

1,000 kg dynamic, 3,000 kg static, 300 kg racking. That racking figure is the one to watch: at 300 kg this pallet is for floor and block stacking, not beam racking. Three bottom skids, 13 kg, HD-PE, silver grey.

The lightest pallet in the hygienic range

13 kg on a 1200 × 1000 mm footprint, in HD-PE, silver grey. That makes it the lightest of the BCH pallets, and weight matters more in hygienic operations than people expect — these pallets are moved manually into and out of wash lines far more often than a general warehouse pallet is handled by hand.

Reading 1,000 / 3,000 / 300

1,000 kg dynamic while moving, 3,000 kg static stacked on the floor, 300 kg in racking. The racking figure is the constraint: this is a floor-stacking pallet.

Operations get caught out by this. A pallet rated 3,000 kg static looks strong, and it is — sitting on concrete. Spanning two rack beams is a completely different load case, and 300 kg is the honest answer for an unreinforced hygienic pallet.
