The step up in dynamic load
Where the BCH3 carries 1,000 kg dynamic, the BCH1210 carries 1,500 kg, with static rising to 3,500 kg. It weighs 17 kg against 13 kg, which is where the extra capacity comes from.
Three bottom skids, HD-PE, silver grey, retaining edge. Racking load stays at 300 kg, so this is still a stacking and handling pallet rather than a beam-racked one.
Where 1,500 kg dynamic is the right rating
Dynamic load is the weight the pallet carries while it is being moved, and it is the figure most operations should size on — a pallet spends its working life in motion, not sitting still.
At 1,500 kg dynamic and 3,500 kg static, the BCH1210 covers the great majority of palletised food and beverage loads. Going higher means paying for capacity that never gets used, and carrying the extra weight on every movement.
The racking limit
300 kg racking is the number that defines what this pallet is not. It is a floor-stacking and handling pallet. Put it in beam racking loaded and you are outside its rating regardless of what the dynamic figure says.
For hygienic pallets that genuinely rack, the reinforced PRO series or the BCIH1 at 1,000 kg racked are the options.
Three skids, 17 kg
Three bottom skids for forks and pallet trucks. The five-skid BCH12105 at 18 kg is the conveyor and chain-transfer version.
