These maxi box pallets are made from Recycled PP, anthracite and are cut and joined through metal parts.
The lids are made from recycled PP, anthracite and are cut and joined through metal plates and rivets.
The extruded PP sleeves are produced as usual to the requested height.
All boxes are made to order – please enquire using the orange link above stating your specification requirements.
The sleeve is made with a rimmed contour to prevent injuries and on request can be fitted to the pallet and the lid with 8 hooks.
The upper part of the lid is made with a special structure to allow the stacking of the box.

800 × 1750 mm, and why that shape exists
At 1750 mm long on an 800 mm width, this Maxi Box is built for product that will not fit a standard pallet footprint — long components, profiles, extrusions, rolled goods. Forcing that kind of load onto a 1200 × 800 pallet means overhang, and overhang is what gets damaged in racking and in transit.
Recycled PP with metal fixings
The pallet base is recycled PP in anthracite, cut and joined through metal parts. The lids are the same recycled PP, joined through metal plates and rivets.
At this size the container has to do two contradictory things: stay rigid when loaded, and fold flat when empty. That is why the panels are joined through metal rather than moulded as one piece — a one-piece container this large could not fold.
The return leg
Folding matters most on the way back. A rigid container of this size travelling empty occupies a full vehicle slot; folded, the same return vehicle carries several times as many.
Other sizes
The Maxi Box system is fully bespoke. Stock sizes include 1000 × 1540, 800 × 2000 and 800 × 2400, and builds have been made at 1000 × 2030, 800 × 1820, 800 × 2300, 1200 × 1600 and 1200 × 2400 mm.
