The Maxi Box is Beecraft’s large-format foldable container system, built for loads that do not fit a standard pallet footprint. The pallets are made from recycled PP in anthracite and are cut and joined through metal parts; the lids are made from the same recycled PP and are joined through metal plates and rivets.
Made to the size you actually need
The Maxi Box system is fully bespoke. Recent builds for Beecraft customers include 1000×2030, 800×1820, 800×2300, 1200×1600 and 1200×2400 mm. If your product is long, tall or an awkward shape, the container is built around it rather than the other way round.
That is the difference between the Maxi Box and the rest of the returnable range: the Lite Box and Magic Box come in fixed footprints, while the Maxi Box starts from your dimensions.

Why recycled PP and metal fixings
At this size the container has to stay rigid when it is full and fold flat when it is not, which is why the panels are joined through metal parts rather than moulded in one piece. Recycled polypropylene keeps the empty weight down on the return leg and keeps the container out of the waste stream at end of life — over 95% of Beecraft’s new plastic product range is made from recycled material.
