FD means folding door
Same 1200 × 1000 × 830 mm shell as the Cargo 700, with a folding door in the side wall.
The door exists for one reason: unloading without lifting product up and over an 850 mm edge. Where a container is emptied by hand repeatedly — order picking, decanting, progressive use through a shift — reaching down into a full-depth box is slow and is where handling injuries come from. A side door turns it into a reach-in.
The trade
Any aperture in a wall is a structural compromise compared to a solid panel. If the container is filled and emptied mechanically, or tipped, the fixed-wall version is stronger and cheaper. The door earns its place only where people empty it by hand.

Reaching into an 830 mm container
The internal depth is 655 mm and the edge sits at 850 mm. An operator emptying that by hand is reaching down past their waist repeatedly, and by the bottom of the container they are bent over a full-height wall.
That is the problem the folding door solves. It turns a reach-down into a reach-in for the lower part of the load, which is where the handling strain actually is.
When it is not worth it
Any aperture weakens the wall compared to a solid panel. If the container is tipped, emptied mechanically, or filled and shipped without being opened in between, the fixed-wall Cargo 700 is stronger and cheaper.
The door earns its cost specifically where people empty the container by hand, repeatedly.
