The mobile one

1000 × 700 × 650 mm, with an external size on wheels of 1000 × 700 × 800 mm. Internal 940 × 640 × 500 mm. PP and RPP, grey.

The wheeled dimension is the important one. This is a container designed to be pushed rather than forked — between workstations, along a picking route, into a lift. The 150 mm the wheels add is the difference between a static box and a piece of mobile equipment.

Sized for people, not pallets

At 700 mm wide and 800 mm high on wheels, it goes through standard doorways and sits at a workable height for loading by hand. A full-size pallet box does neither. That is why the 300 exists alongside the larger Cargo 600 and Cargo 700 — different job, not just a smaller version.

The 1000 × 700 footprint

Not a pallet standard, which is deliberate. This container is meant to move on its own wheels rather than sit on a pallet, so it is sized to the route and the doorway rather than to a racking bay.

Material

Polypropylene with recycled PP content, consistent with the rest of the Cargo range.

Designed around a doorway, not a pallet

1000 × 700 mm is not a pallet standard, and that is deliberate. This container moves on its own wheels rather than being forked, so it is sized to the route it travels: through standard doorways, along aisles, into lifts.

The wheeled height of 800 mm is the figure that matters — it is a comfortable pushing height and it clears most obstacles, where a full pallet box on a dolly would not.

Mobile equipment, not storage

Treat it as a piece of equipment that happens to hold things, rather than as a small pallet box. It belongs between workstations, on a picking route, or moving finished goods from a cell to despatch.

If the container is going to sit in racking or be forked, the wheels are a liability and a Cargo 600 is the right product.
