The Euro footprint container
1200 × 800 × 850 mm external, 1130 × 725 × 690 mm internal, PP and RPP, grey. The 1200 × 800 footprint is the Euro standard, so this is the version for European racking and export lanes.
For UK-standard racking the Cargo 700 on 1200 × 1000 uses the bay better — a Euro footprint in a UK bay leaves 200 mm doing nothing on every position.
PP rather than HDPE
The 600 series is moulded in polypropylene and recycled polypropylene, where the 700 series uses HDPE. PP is stiffer and holds its shape better under sustained load; HDPE is tougher against impact at low temperature. Neither is simply better — it depends on whether your risk is deformation or knocks.
Internal capacity
690 mm of internal depth against 850 mm external height. Work from the internal figures when sizing product and from the external ones when planning stack heights and vehicle fill.

PP against HDPE, and when it matters
The Cargo 600 is moulded in polypropylene and recycled PP; the larger Cargo 700 uses HDPE. That is not a quality difference, it is a behaviour one.
PP is stiffer and holds its shape better under sustained load, so a loaded container deforms less over weeks in storage. HDPE is tougher against impact, particularly at low temperature, so it survives knocks and cold-store handling better.
Choose on your actual risk: if containers sit loaded for long periods, PP; if they are moved hard or live in a freezer, HDPE.
Internal against external
1200 × 800 × 850 mm outside, 1130 × 725 × 690 mm inside. The 160 mm height difference is base structure carrying the load, not wasted space.
Size your product on the internal figures and plan stack heights and vehicle fill on the external ones. Mixing the two up is the usual reason a load plan does not work out on the day.
Euro footprint
