With a unique compressible front this BCPALCON2 pallet converter allows you to turn a standard wooden or plastic pallets into fully bunded pallets.
Simply lower a standard pallet onto the Palcon using a forklift truck. This model is suitable for 2 x 205ltr drums. Please note the BCPALCON2 should be used with 1200mm x 800mm wooden or plastic pallets.

Turning a pallet you already own into a bunded one
The BCPALCON2 has a compressible front that lets you turn a standard wooden or plastic pallet into a fully bunded pallet. You lower a standard pallet onto the Palcon and the assembly becomes a bunded unit sized for two 205 litre drums.
Why convert rather than buy
Bunding requirements often appear after the fact — a new substance arrives, an inspection flags a storage area, a site changes use. Replacing every pallet in that area with a purpose-built spill pallet is expensive and slow.
A converter works with the pallets already on site, which means the change happens the same day rather than after a lead time. It also means the pallets stay usable as ordinary pallets when the requirement moves elsewhere.
The compressible front
The compressible front is what allows a standard pallet to drop in and seat properly. Without it, pallet tolerances would leave a gap — and a bund with a gap is not a bund.
Two drums, 205 litres each
Sized for two 205 litre drums. If your storage is larger, Beecraft’s purpose-built spill pallets cover up to eight drums. For small containers, the BCBB100 100 litre spill tray suits up to four 25 litre containers.
