Lightweight nestable on the Euro footprint
A lightweight nestable industrial pallet on 800 × 1200 mm.
Nestable, and what it is for
Empty pallets stack inside each other rather than on top, so a column of empties occupies a fraction of the height of rigid pallets. In a yard waiting for collection, on a return vehicle, or in a storage bay between runs, that is the difference between one trailer and three.
The trade is rack performance. A nestable underside is tapered and open, which is what allows nesting and what prevents it spanning a beam the way a rigid runner does. Nestables are handling and transport pallets.
Lightweight and export
Low empty weight means more of your payload is product. On weight-rated freight that shows in the bill directly.
Plastic also sits outside ISPM 15 — no heat treatment, no fumigation certificate, no delay at the border waiting for paperwork that a timber pallet would need.
