Recommendations for use
- Do not stack more than 48 pallets, which is equivalent to a height of 7.7 m
when empty. - Do not handle stacks of more than 27 empty pallets.
- Once stacked in height check that they are properly fitted.

A hygienic five-runner industrial pallet on 1000 × 1200 mm, built for environments needing maximum hygiene with maximum rack load performance. Completely plain and closed to facilitate cleaning after each reuse.
Why runners come back for racking
The nine-foot hygienic pallets give four-way entry and minimal floor contact, but feet do not span a rack beam well. Five runners do. If your hygienic stock goes into beam racking rather than block stacking, this is the build that does both jobs instead of forcing a compromise.
Five runners rather than three also spreads the load across more bearing points, which is what lets the rack rating go higher.
Plain and closed
No ribs, cavities or open deck sections. Water and residue have nowhere to sit, so the pallet can be washed and verified rather than just rinsed.
