Rigid Solid Pallet Boxes

Rigid solid pallet boxes are the fixed-wall members of Beecraft’s pallet box range: solid panels throughout, no folding sections, no perforation.

The structural argument is simple. Every aperture in a wall — a door, a hinge line, a ventilation slot — is a place the box is weaker than a plain panel. For bulk loads that are filled and emptied mechanically and never opened in between, none of those features earn their cost, and the solid box outlasts the alternatives.

Solid walls also contain what would escape through mesh: powders, granulates, small components, and anything fine enough to sift. They wash down cleanly because there are no ledges or slots holding residue, and they are made in scratch-resistant material so the surface stays cleanable after years of washing.

Available on both the 1200×1000 mm UK and 1200×800 mm Euro footprints, including UN-marked variants where the contents are classified dangerous goods. UN marking is specific to the goods and packing group, so confirm the exact classification you need when ordering rather than assuming a marked box covers everything.
