The numbers, and what they tell you
1200 × 1000 × 830 mm external; 1120 × 920 × 655 mm internal; height to the edge 850 mm. Material HDPE and RPE, grey.
Note the gap between external and internal height: 830 mm outside, 655 mm inside. That difference is the base construction and it is not wasted — it is what carries the load. When you are calculating how much product fits, work from the internal figures; when you are calculating how many stack under a ceiling or in a vehicle, work from the external ones.
Height to the edge
850 mm to the edge is the figure that matters for manual loading. It is roughly waist height on most operators, which is workable for loading by hand; much above that and you are lifting over shoulder height into the box.
HDPE and RPE
A combination of high-density polyethylene and recycled polyethylene. Recycled content keeps the container out of the waste stream at end of life and supports sustainability reporting — over 95% of Beecraft’s new plastic product range is made from recycled material.
