Premium reinforced Euro pallet
The reinforced build on the 800 × 1200 mm Euro footprint.
Reinforcement is about time, not a single lift
People test pallets by loading them and seeing if they hold. That is the wrong test. A plastic pallet under a static load in a rack deflects slowly over weeks and months, and a deflected pallet is one whose load is no longer where the rack expects it.
Reinforcement resists that creep. It is why a reinforced pallet carries a racking rating and an unreinforced one of the same material often does not, even though both will take the load on the day.
Against the standard build
The BCNPT1280R1 is the same pallet without reinforcement. If your loads sit on the floor or move straight through, it will do the job for less. If they go into beam racking and stay there, the reinforced version is the one to specify.
Euro sizing
800 × 1200 mm matches European racking and export lanes. For UK-standard 1000 × 1200 racking, the pallets in the heavy duty range on that footprint are the better fit.
