PRO on the Euro footprint
Monobloc industrial pallet with metal reinforcement on 800 × 1200 mm, three runners.
Choosing the footprint first
Footprint is the decision that cannot be undone cheaply. Racking beams, vehicle patterns and automated handling are all built around one size, and a pallet in the wrong footprint wastes space on every position for its entire life.
800 × 1200 is the Euro standard: choose it for European racking and export lanes. For UK domestic distribution the BCL-PRO-1210-G3 on 1000 × 1200 fits better.
What PRO means here
Metal reinforcement inside a monobloc moulding. The monobloc gives service life — nothing to work loose over years of reuse. The metal resists the slow deflection that limits plastic pallets under sustained racked load.
Three runners
Two-way entry and beam spanning at lower weight than a five-runner build. Specify five only if pallets meet roller conveyors or chain transfer.
