Recommendations for use

• Do not stack more than 89 pallets, which is equivalent to a height of 7.7 m when empty.
• Do not handle stacks of more than 33 empty pallets.
• Once stacked in height check that they are properly fitted.
• When inserting or extracting a pallet from a stack, always handle it from the short side.
• No racking by the short side.

Export without certificates

A lightweight nestable pallet for exporting all types of goods, with no special treatment or health certificates needed. It has a slot for straps and an anti-impact perimeter.

The ISPM 15 point

Timber packaging crossing borders needs heat treatment or fumigation and a certificate to prove it. Plastic sits outside that requirement entirely. For an exporter that removes a step, a cost and a source of delay at customs — and it is usually the single reason a shipping operation moves off wood.

Strap slot and impact perimeter

Two details that matter in export handling. The strap slot locates banding properly rather than letting it slide to the edge and cut into the load. The anti-impact perimeter takes the knocks that happen when pallets are handled by people who will never see them again — which is most of an export journey.

Nestable

Empty pallets nest into each other, so return or repositioning of empties takes a fraction of the space of rigid pallets. On export lanes where empties come back, that is the difference between a container of pallets and part of one.
