Why height is the design point
Display pallets go onto the shop floor with product still on them, and height decides whether the customer can reach the product comfortably. Too tall and the top of the display is above easy reach; too short and the bottom layer is on the floor where nobody looks.
An optimised height is not a marketing phrase here — it is the difference between a display that sells through and one that gets ignored.
Half pallet on the shop floor
A half footprint fits an aisle end without blocking the aisle, and works in smaller store formats where a full pallet display would not be allowed. Two fit a standard pallet position for transport, so one delivery pallet carries two store displays.
Medium duty
Heavier than a lightweight display pallet, which matters because a display pallet is handled by store staff rather than trained warehouse operators, and it sits in a public area where failure is not acceptable.
