Description
The Magic Box has the pallets of the range as its base. It is a packing solution with a long life, ideal to be used and reused within the industrial logistics field. It’s made of a pallet and a lid, injection molded in recycled polyolefins, and a folding sleeve in extruded PP.
The UK standard footprint, rigid build
1000 × 1200 mm is the UK standard pallet size, so this Magic Box drops straight into domestic racking and vehicle patterns without leaving unused beam. For goods crossing into Europe the 800 × 1200 BCMP800 matches Euro handling instead.
Pallet and lid, injection moulded
The Magic Box uses the pallets of the range as its base and is made of a pallet and a lid, injection moulded in recycled material. Because both parts are moulded rather than assembled from panels, there are no fixings to work loose, and the container washes down and returns to service rather than degrading each trip.
Rigid rather than sleeved
This is the choice when the contents need protecting on every leg and the container must hold its shape whether full or empty. The trade is the return journey: a rigid box travels back at full height, where a sleeved system such as the Lite Box collapses down.
If your empties come back on your own vehicles in volume, run the numbers on both before deciding — the return leg often decides it.
Where it is used
Industrial logistics and pharmaceutical supply chains, where repeated cleaning and a long service life matter more than the last few percent of return-transport efficiency.
