Monobloc with five metal tubes
A monobloc industrial plastic pallet with three runners, reinforced with five metal tubes for maximum capacity and rack security. Suitable for all types of load.
Monobloc plus steel
Two construction ideas combined. Monobloc means the pallet is moulded as one piece — no joints, no fixings, nothing to work loose, which is what makes it a long-life reuse pallet. The five metal tubes add the stiffness plastic alone cannot provide at high sustained load.
The result is a pallet rated for racking rather than just handling. In Beecraft’s range this model carries one of the highest static ratings available, which points at deep block stacking as much as at beam racking.
Rack security
That phrase is doing real work. A pallet that fails in a beam rack does not just drop its own load; it takes out whatever is below it. That is why racking ratings are treated separately from floor ratings, and why reinforcement matters more than raw material thickness.

Where 8,000 kg static actually applies
2,000 kg dynamic, 8,000 kg static, 1,250 kg racked. Those three figures describe three different situations, and only one of them is eight tonnes.
Static is the pallet sitting on concrete carrying a column of loaded pallets above it. That is block stacking, and it is what this pallet is built for. Racked, supported only at its ends across beams, it is rated 1,250 kg — a sixth of the static figure.
Anyone comparing pallets on the headline number is comparing the wrong one. Check the rating that matches how you actually store.
Metal tubes inside a monobloc
Five metal tubes give the stiffness; the one-piece moulding gives the service life. Neither alone produces a pallet that is both rack-secure and long-lived in reuse.
Part lip, customisable
A part lip as standard with a customisable option, so the retaining edge matches the load rather than the load having to suit the pallet.
