Two fit on an 800×1200 pallet with nothing wasted, and the same footprint matches the standard 600×800 roll cage and dolly. That means a load can move from box to cage to shelf without being repacked, which is the whole argument for staying inside a module system.

Half the depth of a Euro pallet also means half the reach. Everything in the box is accessible from the front, so it can be emptied without walking round it or leaning across — the reason this size dominates store replenishment and shop-floor work.

In Lite Box construction the box is built for cost per trip rather than for a long service life, which suits one-way and low-return consignments where the container is part of the shipment rather than an asset to be recovered.

One practical check before ordering at this size: confirm the cage or dolly your site actually uses. The 600×800 module is standard, but external dimensions vary slightly between manufacturers, and a box that fouls the cage uprights by a few millimetres is as useless as one of the wrong size entirely.
